New Esperance have been dancing for over 40 years in London. With hundreds of dancers and musicians over the years in evolving kits, there’s a large archive of photos and videos. Take a look at the below journey through the years.

1970s: Another one of our first kit, this time in Harrogate, North Yorkshire with our banner (with Carol Minchin, Maggie Uphill, Cathy Cook, Diane Moody & Lindsey Graham).

1989: A vintage film of a Day of Dance in Horsham in 1989. New Esperance feature wearing our Mark II kit of smocks over brown trousers with red hankies, at about 2 mins 30.  View the video on the BFI website here.
